Shipping policy

If the shopping is in local area Auckland only over $80 will be free shipping and the courier service that we will be using is Courierit. 

If purchase from north island outside of Auckland over $120 will be free 

If purchase from south island over $150 will be free  

During the shipment if any damage is made during the process then we will be able to refund as long as there is proof that the item was damage during shipment.

Once we approve the item to be returned or exchanged the shipping cost sending it back to us will be free but must be using the same provider that we use Courierit. if the provider courier Provider is different the shipping cost will be at your own expense. 

returns and exchange items the duration will be depending on your location so that your location and period of receiving a refund or exchange may vary.

Delivery within Auckland expect to be within 1-2 working days
North island outside Auckland 2-3 working days 
South Island 2-3 working days
